As an established adventure tour operator, Wild Frontiers is proud to have been consistently voted one of the ‘Top 10 Tour Operators’ by Wanderlust readers in each of the last 10 years. In 2014 we were delighted to be voted second best tour operator in the UK in the Wanderlust awards.

We have also received similar accolades from National Geographic Traveler, Conde Nast Traveler, The Guardian/Observer and National Geographic Adventure magazine.

We are frequently asked what makes Wild Frontiers different from other tour operators. Below are a few of the factors that we believe set us apart from our competitors and form the reasons as to why our clients travel with us again and again…
Personal Service & Expertise

Our London office is manned by experienced tour leaders and travel consultants and every trip we run stems from their first-hand knowledge. In short, we run the kind of holidays that we, as passionate travellers, like to do ourselves. When you ring our office, you will be guaranteed to chat to someone who knows the region and the terrain and is able to offer sound and practical advice.

When creating bespoke, tailor-made itineraries our specialist travel consultants will take you though each step of the process, advising you on everything from the most interesting accommodation to advice on tipping.

Since we began in 1992, we have created literally thousands of tailor-made wildlife holidays for people from all walks of life. We like to sum up what we do in 3 ways…

Travel

We offer a simply unparalleled range of opportunities to see the finest wildlife in the world, travelling by air, by expedition vessel, in open four-wheel-drive vehicles, boats, canoes and, of course, on foot.

We harness not only the best ways of getting you where you need to be, but also the optimum means of watching wildlife and looking after you while you are there.

Experience

We only work with local operators and guides who can provide peerless wildlife viewing and harness the disparate elements of memorable accommodation, seamless travel arrangements, and first-class guiding to provide a friendly, efficient service.

These experiences will enrich your knowledge and understanding of the complex inter-relationships that exist in the natural world.

Conserve

Our passion for conservation percolates through every fiber of our organisation, driving everything we do.

We firmly believe that the sustainable development of wildlife tourism can be a major tool in promoting conservation, generating long-term benefits for animals, the environment and communities alike.
