The Waterfront Bar & Restaurant is made up of a large restaurant and spacious bar, both fully air-conditioned and connected with a vast deck that runs the length of the structure.
Each space has clear views over the Astrolabe Ocean and the Finisterre Mountain range, with a soft ocean breeze providing natural cooling.
The bar and restaurant are stylishly decorated with bright, modern furnishings and local artifacts and features, including an extremely rare continuous timer carved bar.
One of PNG’s most famous artists, Larry Santana, was commissioned to create all the art that adorns the walls and warms the new venue.
The restaurant caters to a whole range of tastes with a delicious fusion menu. Food is prepared under the direction of the in-house Filipino chef and includes fresh, locally caught fish and delicacies.
Dining can be enjoyed in the spacious air-conditioned restaurant or al fresco on the deck with a gentle cooling breeze. Both options afford stunning sunset views.
